Timeless and durable, the Morcoccan basket is made of strips of woven palm leaves from a species of date palm - Phoenix Dactylifera. The handles are of geniune leather and firmly fixed to it. They are either short so the basket can be carried in the hand or on the elbow, or longer to go over the shoulder.
